1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Stencil Maker: Tattoo, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Stencil Maker: Tattoo provides AI-assisted stencil generation and related features, including image upload, image processing, download, gallery history, credits, and subscriptions.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use it through the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them for artistic, commercial, or tattoo-related purposes.

We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be original, non-infringing, error-free, tattoo-ready, or suitable for any specific artistic, legal, or commercial purpose.

6. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

Certain features may require paid credits or a subscription. Credits may be non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law, and may have no cash value. Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are subject to Apple’s billing rules.

7. Prohibited Use

• illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity;
• infringing, unauthorized, or unlawful uploads;
• attempts to interfere with or misuse the Service;
• violations of applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stencil Maker: Tattoo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service.

12. Apple App Store Terms

If you use the iOS version of the Service, your use is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . If there is any conflict between Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms solely with respect to the iOS application, Apple’s Standard EULA will apply to the extent required for the iOS app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
